In China, owing to the methane concentration being below 0.75%, coal ventilation air (CVAM) is usually emitted directly into atmosphere, rather than utilized, which not only causes huge waste of energy but also exerts potential hazards greenhouse effect. It important and practicable save costs development investment by simulating enrichment separation CVAM with an aim improve efficiency recovery adsorption separation. Above all, it will have practical significance this paper, experiment pressure swing process was carried out on double towers built our laboratory, Aspen Adsorption used simulate process. The effect operation parameters desorbed studied altering feed concentration, adsorbed pressure, time. results simulation are basically consistent. ratio decreased following increasing feed. optimum time were found be 210 kPa 120 s, respectively. desorption times 150 s Because there a man-made 30 lag between protect vacuum pump, show that matched well. Therefore, we can make use design CVAM, providing theoretical guidance for gas saving resources energy.
